Sponsor a booze-free month!

mc_shamo has given up alcohol for the month of February. He's been planning on doing it since the start of the year, then I stumbled across this (warning, SFW but noisy, turn the sound down on your computer) which seemed like a good way to help out while keeping his resolution. Basically people can donate and sponsor his non-drinking month by credit card or Paypal. Proceeds go to the Drug Foundation and help youth with substance abuse problems.

Seamus' page is here, it's a pity about the wanky url but the intention is good. I am broke, so have donated by far the least amount of money. I'm trying to help out by spreading the word in other ways.

By the way, is there anything you or Eva is allergic to that might be in sausages? It is my duty to do the hunter/gatherer part of dinner tonight and I view meat sausages with trepidation- I don't want to get the wrong ones!
