I had massive fried breakfast with grapefruit juice and now am nursing a small, strong coffee. As long as I'm alright, dressed and relatively composed by 1:30pm all will be well (Seamus' best friends are getting married at 2:30pm)

I'm alright, dressed, hair and make-up done, a few hours of
The Sims
played and whistling a wedding tune, think I'm fine!
(Ok, so I can no longer bounce back like a teenager, but for someone in their mid-20 I do pretty well!)
