Film Project

Hit a bit of a bump as I had to write an essay, pass a drivers test and was feeling unhappy last night so watched an already seen Comfort Movie (High Society). In any case:

Taxi Driver Oh my God I can't beleive I hadn't seen this yet. Loved it, thought it was awesome, wish I had Jodie Foster's acting ability when i was that age. And De Niro was just amazing.

Am about half way through La Dolce Vita

Funny, I thought Taxi Driver was highly overrated. Again, people talked it up too much for me. De Niro was good, but the whole story was muddled and I found it thoroughly unconvincing.

Now I'll get criticised for not liking something because everyone else likes it. ;)

I actually hadn't heard anything about it beyond "Whaddaya mean you haven't seen it?!?" and that Robert de Niro made up the "You talkin' to me?" bit.

I liked the muddled, it reminded me of how I felt when I was on (the wrong) anti-deppressants.

However, I am not going to criticise you as you're allowd not to like things. I myself seem to be the only person on earth to not like Little Britain after all. :-)

I didn't actually mean you'd criticise me... ;)

And don't worry, I get the whole not liking Little Britain thing; I can only take it in small doses myself. Actually, you're not the only one who doesn't like it at all - I know a few people who can't stand it.
