Thanks for writing this Chris, it's good to get an update on how things are going as, quite understandably and through nobody's fault, I feel like I haven't caught up with you properly for ages. I hope we can do something about this on Saturday :-).

Also, Kudos for you for making the move to enrol in councelling and for havinf a '5 year plan', it does all sound very grown up!
