I totally understand, and it will be less busy tomorrow because it's only AFL members, not like today which was MCC and club members and AFL members with club support and we finally got it down to zero calls at three o'clock.

On the other hand, people haven't been too complainy and stuff... it's all been quite straightforward and the only person I wanted to hang up on wasn't even a football booking.
