It sure is fun when that happens, isn't it? Especially when it's an official call where you're trying to convince someone that you are in fact you and not someone trying to steal your identity.

"My... surname? Um, hang on. Uh. Ohright! Di Sora. Spell it? D.. E... waitno. ... Birthdate? 12th of the 6th... 5th! 1980... something. I'm 20 now. Does that help? What do you mean I have to come in in person? Why?"

And this is why I avoid bureaucracy wherever possible. Bureaucracy makes me stupid.
