We help move patients from hospital to hospital, help assess patients, give clinical advice to doctors (particularly doctors in regional or remote areas) and liase with the big trauma hospitals when there are, say, multiple victims of a car crash or natural disaster (like the recent bushfires)
I answer the phones and connect people and take notes. I also prepare equipment when doctors need to physically come in and go get patients.
