Yeah, I have no idea.

I just like the idea of someone else being in charge for a day and doing nice things and for me to not have to do anything and still come out of it smelling nice :-)

And I like the idea of the tension in my back and neck going away, that'd be nice.

Wow, idea! What if you got a group of friends together and organised something? I bet you know enough people who do yoga, bellydancing (squints at mstakenidentity!), know a bit about massage etc., to organise a couple of people to lead sessions, and then you could spend all the money on really nice cosmetic/massage products, food, drinks etc...

This is, of course, easy for me to say because I don't have to organise it! ;D
