Re: Docs - why not? It's your wedding. I would not recommend wearing silly shoes that you're not going to be comfortable in, because you'll be wearing them for hours. My shoes were relatively sensible, and I still had to take them off in the carpark after we exited the venue because my feet were throbbing.
