The Zouki food court thing that's on the ground floor of the Women's and RMH is expensive, but the pre-made sandwiches are reasonable-ish. The cafe on the ground floor of the radiology place across the road isn't much cheaper, but the food is better. I haven't looked at the restaurant at the Women's, and I haven't been to the cafe on Royal Parade that's in the private hospital bit... yet.
(The best I've found so far for price and taste is to walk all the way over to Union House on campus.)
