Special mention to this little dude, you can't see very well in the photo (or in real life for that matter- it's that faded) but his sash says "1983" and he is the first Christmas decoration I was ever given- I was six weeks old.





Decorating the tree while being "supervised" by two young cats who seem to think we brought in a massive scratching post then covered it in toys for them (which are all placed out of paws reach darn it!) was..interesting :-)

Tree decorating can't happen unless its being supervised by cats!
Wait until you come home and find it one the ground with decorations scattered every where because someone *glares at kitties* decided to take a running leap at it.

Bless. Cute (helpful) cats. Sam adores the Christmas tree and thinks it is a special exciting cat toy just for him. But haven't got round to putting it up yet so am v impressed!

We got ours through Oxfam, they delivered it last weekend, so we kind of didn't have a choice!

Also, I'm a weird person who Likes Christmas. A Lot. :-D

I LOVE Christmas and like to do it properly. I am sorry you are having a bit of a grotty time and hope that the cats are looking after you. Remember how brilliant you were at the voluntary work interview and hope things improve.
