Depends what you mean. That there is enough for the wedding plus hens afternoon, so roughly 150 people (some obviously are counted twice!) If you hired proper plates and cutlery and glasses for that many people it would come to around $800 from what I saw when researching (most places charged about $1 per item, so for one person plate + bowl + glass + knife + fork + spoon + champagne flute = $7 then times that by number of people attending = ouch!)(and that doesn't even take into account plates for cake or cups for coffee and tea... trust me, it made my head hurt!)
Non biodegradable plastic ones would probable cut the price in half, but we decided to go with these for two reasons; 1. we're tree huggin' hippys and 2. they actuall look quite nice and the plates and bowls at least don't look like disposable plates, they actually look quite stylish I think! (The cutlery on the other hand looks like plastic cutlery, but we can't have everything)
Remember too, you'd be looking at 75ish people from what Kate said, so if you'd be looking at roughly half the amount we got anyway :-)
