Oh, and be able to sell the mining tax to the Dimwits of Australia more effectively than KRudd. Not to mention formulate some decent policy in regards to climate change, even if it means resuscitating the ETS.
Expect a reshuffle of the front bench. Rudd will likely end up with a portfolio -- though it's difficult at this stage to know exactly what that portfolio will be.
We just had Budget Estimates, so there won't be any radical changes in policy. The next sitting date is in August, so the Gillard Ministry has a month to work out its image and the pitch of its debate.
