The Ceremony is finalised.
The Reception Running sheet is in the process of being approved by caterers etc.
The menu is picked
The bridal waltz is choreographed
The rings will be finished and sent back by Friday
The flowergirls' baskets are knitted and awaiting felting
Flowers, cake, wine are all finalised and just awaiting final payment
Timing with hairdresser has been worked out
13 gifts have been purchased from our registry (thank you!!!)
Honeymoon is completely booked.
We're three weeks away.

I'm starting to get excited.

Current Mood: happy

Today I slept in til 1:30pm, good thing I don't start work til 4pm!

I still managed to get things accomplished:

-I learned how to use GarageBand and edited the music for our wedding
-I sent my engagement ring back to Utopian Creations via platinum post to be cleaned, re-sized and so Ben could get the shape right for my wedding ring
-I booked our Penang accomodation
-I booked the flight from KL to Penang
-I booked the airport bus transfer from Penang airport to the hotel
-I booked our Penang tours
-I booked our KL tour
-I paid my mobile bill
-I found out how to get global roaming on my mobile

I have reached two conclusions, these are:
-The internet is very, very useful sometimes, especially when work is quiet
-Our credit card hurts

In three hours and five minutes I can go home and go back to sleep.

Actually, that sounds like a place both

mc_shamo and I could get jobs one we're finished our Masters (Especially if the shift of Melbourne people is displacing locals- they'll need social workers! Who've moved from Melbourne! Wait a minute...) And those housing prices look more affordable than anywhere livable in the inner city. The houses look alright too!

Now, to convince everyone else they either want to live there or buy a weekend retreat there... (or come and crash on our couch for the weekend, then we can come crash on yours when we come back to Melbourne!)
